Nicole Catherine LaBee-Novak

Nicole Catherine LaBee Novak, age 38, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Born February 22, 1983 to James and Jane (nee Schiel) LaBee of Bolingbrook, IL. Nicole Graduated from Romeoville High School, obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Francis University and continued her education at Olivet Nazarene College where she received her Master’s in Education.

Nicole is survived by her husband, Gerry; children, Brycen and Rylee; parents, James and Jane LaBee; mother and father-in-law, Jerry and Carol Novak; siblings, Tyler (Sabrena) LaBee of Westmont, IL and Beth (Steven) LaBee Mathews of Bolingbrook, IL; nieces and nephews, Alexis and Tyler LaBee and Gavin and Zoe Mathews.

Preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Nick Novak.

Nicole was a dedicated teacher at Creekside Elementary School in Plainfield, IL. She loved spending time crafting with her mother and creating custom items for her Etsy Shop. She dedicated her life to her family. Nicole always kept herself busy but time with her husband and children was always the most important. She cherished her yearly trips to Disney with her family. Her love for her family and friends was endless, she will always be remembered for her kind heart and passion for anything she did in life.

An open house will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 at her parent’s home, 26238 W. 128th, Plainfield, IL 60585 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
